With that in mind we are offering this Synchro Assembly for the NP 241 and NP231 transfer cases that comes with the needed Key and Spring Kit and the Mode Fork all in one!
What you are purchasing:
(1) Synchro Assembly for GM, Chevy and Jeeps equipped with the New Process 231 / 241 transfer case units.
This synchro assembly fits the mode fork (16267) and is often referred to as a “Mode Synchro Assembly” or “Mode Synchronizer”
(1) professional quality Key and Spring kit IS for the New Process 208 / 241 / 231 transfer case units
and comes with (2) Springs and (3) Keys. (as pictured)
(1) Mode Fork – Specifics: 4 1/2″ (Iron) for with pads included. Please verify cast # 16196 on your old fork to verify fitment
Please Note – This kit will only work with the 48 Tooth NON-DHD models
