8 CYL 6.0L 2001 – ON NP263 XHD (aluminum cases, chain driven)
8 CYL 6.6L 2007 – ON NP263 XHD (aluminum cases, chain driven)
8 CYL 8.1L 2001 – ON NP263 XHD (aluminum cases, chain driven)
(electric shift – shift motor mounts)
*NOTE – This case will NOT fit the NP263 HD transfer Case
With this transfer case a great way to identify what case half you need is by the transmission it is married to.
If married to either an Allison/Duramax transmission then this is the case half you need.
If your transfer case is married to either a 4L60e or a 4L80e transmission you have the HD model.
