The bearing rebuild kit for the BW4485 comes complete with all the components you need to replace all the required bearings, seals and gaskets. While you are rebuilding your transfer case we always suggest replacing the chain as well. As a chain failure could cause significant damage to your transfer case and should not be overlooked in the rebuild process.
Recognizing this need Vital Parts is offering this NEW transfer case overhaul rebuild bearing kit and BorgWarner transfer case chain
for Cadillac Escalade applications equipped with the BW4485.

The BK4485 COMES COMPLETE WITH:
1 – 1900-127-045 bushing
2 – 6009N Front Output Front & Rear Output bearing
1 – 6209N Rear Output Bearing
1 – 6211C3 Input Bearing
1 – Seal Kit
All main roller bearings (Koyo and Nachi Quest – see photo)
Chain specifications: 1.25″ Wide / 84 Pitches / 7/16″ Pitch / Rocker Pin Design
